- Please read the description in the listing carefully before you check out
- Provide in the "Notes to Seller" the necessary information for customization as required in the listing description such as age, name, address, etc.
- If the purchased item requires photo, please send me high quality / resolution photo directly to my e-mail: littleapplesdesign@gmail.com
- High resolution file (or proof, where required) will be sent to your etsy registered e-mail address within 1-2 business days upon the payment clearance
- If you have any special request such as changing the colors, font, wordings etc please let me know via e-mail: littleapplesdesign@gmail.com I will be so gladly customize it for you :) FREE of charge
- If you have visited my Etsy shop but your favorite item previously posted in this blog is not / no longer on the current listing, then you may send me an e-mail directly to littleapplesdesign@gmail.com and let me know which design you desire
- Once I list back the item om Etsy within 1-2 business days, and will let you know via e-mail that your order is already up and you may purchase the item via Etsy with the same procedure mentioned above
- If you are a buyer resides in Indonesia, then you may purchase my design directly to me via e-mail (I will not list the item on Etsy shop)
- I will give you my bank account details for payment transfer
- High resolution file (or proof, where required) will be sent to your e-mail address within 1-2 business days upon the payment clearance
